I'm moving

Again. I just can't seem to stay in one place! My new link will be http://lynnedurham.net/blog/ Note that it's still not technically set up. Well, I mean, all of the posts are there, so that's good. But I haven't figured out the new look, etc. If any. I'm migrating over to WordPress and have a very cool template (props to the creators, listed on the bottom of my new page). I want to make it my own, however, and just can't seem to find the time to do so. This site will stay here for at least another month. If I post, I'll post to both until I make the final leap. -=-=-=
Workout content: Greg and I are each running about 6 miles every weekday. That's helped his BP issue tremendously! At his last appointment, doctor said he wouldn't put him on medication yet if he'd keep up whatever he'd been doing. In addition to the weekday running, I've been lifting 3x weekly for about an hour...a boring, lacksadaisical routine that definitely needs some shaking up. Mostly it's been bench presses, incline presses, lat pulldowns, DB squats, walking DB lunges, weighted crunches and then whatever I feel like throwing in to round out to an hour. I've also been toying around with the elliptical for about a half-hour daily, which makes my forefoot BURN. Ouch. Next week it's back on the bike. My sister is coming out for a visit and I'm going to take her out to some trails to ride.
