The first day of the Oman Adventure 2007 turned out to be a cleverly balanced mix of trekking and bike and run. Contestants had to get to the other side of a spectacular mountain via a path along the bottom of a wadi. >From the very start, the trek was to include steep climbs and ended with a difficult track along the mountainside, a real challenge for most of the competitors.
